Fixture Nut Runners

The fixture nutrunners from the ESX series are the newest generation of fixture spindles in our portfolio. Higher torques and higher speeds are achieved through the use of new high-power motors with improved efficiency. The exchanging of signals between the tool and control is carried out digitally for the fixture nutrunners from the ESX series.

Together with the new ESX fixture nutrunners, a completely newly developed control generation was implemented. This makes it possible to now program and monitor the tool with mobile devices like tablets or smartphones.

The fixture nutrunners from the KCX series are extremely compact and very light. They were developed specifically for applications where the space and weight of the fastening technology being used play an important role.

This is the case for all applications where single or multiple channel nutrunner systems must be executed in tight spaces. Examples for this are robot applications like the assembly of sunroofs or the assembly of instrument panels.

Small, light, powerful
The new built-in screwdrivers of the KSX series are ultra-compact and very light. They have been specially developed for applications where space requirements and the weight of the screwdriving technology used play a decisive role.

Integrated status display
The status display integrated in the screwdriver combines several advantages. LEDs display the operating and communication status as well as the quality statement of the last screw joint. This greatly simplifies the diagnosis of faults, and when the nutrunner is used in a handling unit, a separate display panel can be dispensed with.

Rotatable plug
The innovative rotatable plug can be continuously adjusted to the respective installation situation of the nutrunner.
